Pre-Sale is the first 8 weeks that the event is live and tells us if a region has what it takes to RUMBLE. Unlike most event businesses, we like to try and visit regional areas of Australia and Pre-Sale allows this to happen.
In this period we need to secure 2000+ registrations to ensure the event can definitely take place. Pre-Sale is only a $1 deposit to secure a spot. If we hit the numbers required, the remaining balance due for your ticket will be taken.

Morning Start Shoot: 9:00am-11:30am
Check-In will open 1 hour before the morning start shoot.
Afternoon Start Shoot: 12:00pm-2:30pm (Check-In closes at 2:15PM)
Check-In will open 30 minutes before the afternoon start shoot.
Please note that you can arrive at any time between the shoot’s start and finish time. To allow for an easy and fast check-in experience, please have your e-ticket ready (either printed or shown on your mobile device) as well your photo ID (Adults). You will then receive your event wristband.
Can’t Find Your Ticket?
If you need your ticket reissued we will be sending them all out on Wednesday 9th.
Alternatively you can log in to your dashboard HERE and reissue your tickets from the “Resend e-ticket” button in the top right-hand corner.

All participants receive one (1) Rumble Run branded headbuff upon entry.
Enjoy food and drinks from locally supported food vendors at Rumble Run. There will be a great range of food options to choose from as well as coffee and other treats. BYO food, beverages, and alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances. There will, however, be ample facilities for purchasing food, beverages. Bottled water is permitted.

We will have a covered area to look after your belongings while you rumble for $5 per bag. All care will be taken to keep your bags safe, but no responsibility held, so leave the valuables at home.
Friends and Family are allowed to come watch from the festival area for FREE. For insurance reasons spectators are not allowed out around/on the course under any circumstances.
Event parking will be available on-site at Bicentennial Equestrian Park. Parking it is limited so carpooling is recommended. There will also be a charge of $10 (cash only) per vehicle to park in the event parking area. The fee is charged to cover the cost of facilitating our car parking area, with any profits being donated to our national and/or local charity partner(s).
Access to our event parking area is via 74 Sheathers Ln, Grasmere NSW 2570.
On the day registration(s) will be available at the check-in tent. We recommend purchasing a ticket online to secure a cheaper ticket price. On the day registrations will be $80 per Adult (18+) & $40 per Child (10-17). Please enquire about this at our Check-In desk via the “On The Day Registrations Lane”
Ticket transfers will close as of 5pm Friday 4th of May and after that date will need to be done on the day at the check-in tent. There will be a fee of $15 for Single transfers and $25 for Multi transfers.
IMPORTANT: If you don’t do a lot of running or physical exercise or have weak ankles &/or knees we HIGHLY recommend strapping them to reduce the chance of an injury. Ankles are the most common injury at obstacle events like ours, so please consider our advice carefully.
Rumble Run have employed a comprehensive medical team to be on-site throughout the entire duration of the event. The medical team will be on call and ready to go at a moment's notice in an unlikely event of an injury.
Although we have designed our obstacles to be as safe as it can possibly be and have taken numerous precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, it is still your own responsibility to ensure you are acting and/or participating in a manner that does not put yourself or others at risk of an injury.
If you do require first-aid at the event, please look for our first-aid marquee’s or look for the closest staff member and/or volunteer, they will be able to radio into the team and get them to you ASAP.
Official event photography will be provided by 1Life Images and will be available for purchase on their website www.1lifeimages.com.au after the event. Please note that photos can take up to 7 days to be uploaded from the day of your participation.
